Best of Best Awards

SWABCHA believes excellent work deserves to be rewarded, and when the work in question is the business of improving workplace environments as to enable employees to better manage their own health and happiness, we feel that the effort is also deserving of acclaim.

This is the intention of the SWABCHA Best of the Best Awards Program; to give recognition to the best performing businesses and individuals in the Swaziland Private Sector in the response to HIV/AIDS. The program gives all in Swaziland the opportunity to nominate businesses and individuals that they believe are worthy of winning an award.

Launched in 2011 the program culminates in an Annual "Best of Best Awards Ceremony" that is held in conjunction with our Private Sector World AIDS Day celebrations. A black tie event, the night combines the awards presentation with a guest speaker line up to entertain and deliver information on developments and best practices in workplace programming.
