MISSION
The mission of SWABCHA is to: contribute to the HIV and AIDS National response through effective coordination of and collaboration within the Private sector to ensure universal access to prevention, treatment, care and support for employers and employees in the private sector.

VISION
To reduce HIV infection and improve the quality of life of those infected and affected by HIV in the workplace.

•    Pact Program (October 2009-September 2010) with support from USAID through Pact Swaziland, SWABCHA will engage 80 companies to be supported throughout the project in setting up, running,  managing and monitoring a workplace program on HIV prevention. Companies will sign an agreement to run at least one session per month with average 15 staff members, attend management feedback sessions, distribute condoms, IEC materials and keep records.
•    BizAIDS Project (January-March)-SWABCHA in collaboration with Pan African Business Coalition (PABC) and FESBC will engage 100 small and micro business owners through training to improve their businesses. The trainings will be conducted at regional level focusing on business and finance management and HIV-AIDS issues including human rights, property grabbing and will writing. FESBC will lead the project.
